Booking Policy update 1st June 2025

Due to an increase in last minute cancellations; three in just four days, including one after I had already arrived at the meeting point, I am updating how I operate. I have never cancelled a booking or failed to arrive on time, but the financial and logistical impact of these occurrences is no longer sustainable.

Confirmed bookings require full payment and will be honoured in full. The booking form must be completed.
 

In cases of extreme weather (e.g., 40mph+ winds), I will do my best to accommodate confirmed bookings, as I have in the past.
